Mentor Sprint — from $1,500 + GST

3–4 sessions over 2–4 weeks.
Deliverables: audit findings, GA4/UTM cleanup, structure changes (Search/Shopping/PMax rails), 90-day test plan, Loom recaps.

Optional hands-on build & fixes

When it’s faster to just implement, we do the work (account builds/restructures, conversions tagging, Shopping feeds, PMax rails, brand protection, exclusions).
Typical implementation rate: ~$150 + GST/hr, depending on scope/complexity and whether it’s part of an existing audit/sprint/program. Larger build-outs can be fixed-fee with clear deliverables.
